·2 years agoIn the listing when you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date. Has that date passed by at least one day? If so, you can open an item not received case.
Has that date not yet passed? You need to sit back and await the arrival of your purchase.

I see that your last feedback was from a (0) feedback seller. Chances are because the seller is new, they did not know about the 21-30 day hold ebay places on all new sellers first few payments. All they know is that on their account your payment status is marked as Pending, so they likely have not shipped the item because of that. They may also take your messages about shipping as an attempt to scam them some how.
If you want the item, try messaging them again. Tell them if they have not shipped because of the Pending status of your payment, to do a google search for "Payments on hold, ebay" and if they do that they should look for the second article with an http address of export.ebay in it. If they open that one, they will get the information they need to complete the transaction and get the funds released sooner.
If they do not reply or ship your item, then do as the others have suggested and open an item not received dispute the day after the last estimated delivery date.

·2 years agoMost sellers use eBay to make the label where tracking is automatically uploaded to let you know it's shipped.
Maybe this seller isn't shipping with tracking or has not bothered to manually upload a tracking number.
Just because they haven't let you know it's shipped doesn't necessarily mean they haven't shipped.
There is an expected delivery date in the listing and if you haven't received it by then you can open a not received case and get a refund.

·2 years agoThere is no requirement of communication. While it does only help to get a sense of the situation - your only options will be via the moneyback guarantee & the suggestion below should nothing change.
However, in the event you are jumping the gun & being a helicopter buyer - your transaction's listing does state all the rules & circumstances prior to purchase. Be sure to understand them first prior to bidding/purchase.

·2 years agoOne day after the latest estimated delivery date provided by eBay you can file a Item Not Received case. Until then, there is nothing to do.
