Maybe someone that has access to your computer bought something?
You might try using the help/contact and request a call back and ask them. eBay does not have a number to call so don't go to the internet looking for one.

We have no way of knowing anything at all about your CC account or what was charged to it.
Your on a community forum made up of buyers and sellers. If you didin't make this charge, you should contact the card issuer and report this.
