i think the seller shipped into the wrong address! and the ebay system allowed him get away with it. i asked him give a confirmation of delivery, but he did not give me. because he shipped it in to wrong address and doesn't want to a
 
  
i try open case into ebay but the seller gives tracking link where write just the package was delivered but I do not see there my full address.
i try open case on USPS but he answers the package was delivered
i do not got my order, what i can to do ??

·2 years agoA letter from your freight forwarder will not help you win a dispute (plus they could just be covering their behind).
You need a letter from the postal service on official letterhead confirming that the tracking number doesn’t lead to your address. Unfortunately, that may be difficult to do from overseas. You could ask the FF to help but they might not be willing to since without a package to send on, they are not getting paid anything.

·2 years agothis seller knows very well how to cheat the ebay system, he pays taxes and everyone seems happy, except for the deceived people who don't know ebay as well as the scammer seller
this is pruff
this is proof that we did not accept a package with such a sending number, but no one gives a **bleep** about the proof because all those cases over have long been closed

·2 years agoUnfortunately @vakolebana that scanned image is not proof of non-delivery. eBay considers your item was delivered since the tracking says delivered to asian -- after your seller clearly sent it to Leonard, your freight forwarder.
Now the issue is where's your missing item, but neither eBay nor your seller is responsible. Hopefully USPS can help find it, but tracking already shows that they no longer have it, so Leonard has likely misplaced your item.

·2 years agoI agree with @lacemaker3 @here. I think it would be jumping to conclusions to assume this is a fake tracking scam.
I think it’s just one of the many occurrences of freight forwarders receiving loads of packages every day and losing track of one once in a while.
@intermedservicegeorgialtd ebay accepts USPS proof of delivery to the zip code that appears in the order as delivered and do not require a full address. They also do not require packages to be signed for unless the order is for more than $750. I would suggest contacting your freight forwarder so they can search for the package within their facility or contact their local delivery office.
Unfortunately, not being to be hands on with a missing/misplaced package is one of the downsides of using a freight forwarding service.

I'm sorry this happened, but I don't think that your seller sent your item to the wrong address, and this is not a fake tracking number scam.
Your address, as you showed it, is for a freight forwarding company in Delaware, and the USPS scan "Delivered to agent for final delivery" is the standard scan when USPS delivers packages to a freight forwarder. They don't use that scan for other deliveries. The appeal decision was correct, that is valid proof of delivery to the shipping address you provided. A signature is not required for purchases less than $750.
After USPS has delivered, the package is the responsibility of the freight forwarder. You are located in Georgia (the country), so now you will need to work with your freight forwarding company and get them to locate the package they received and forward it to you. If they can't find it, then you will need to file a dispute with them.

·2 years agoI only wish USPS had a standard and did things by the book. USPS scans things wrong all the time which causes me headaches sometimes. USPS also uses "Delivered to agent for final delivery" scan sometimes when delivering to my post office annex store, so don't assume it's a freight forwarder automatically.
The correct one for postal stores should be "Delivered to Agent, Left with Individual" but my carrier scans packages wrong frequently.
About a month ago my postal store refused a package for postage due because the seller used media mail and the crazy carried scanned it as "Moved, left no address" for returning to sender reason.
Also many times they scan packages saying "Individual picked up at P.O." and nobody went to pick it up.

·2 years agoI'm sure your experiences are true and correct, but there is no indication that anything like that is happening in the OP's situation.
It is much more likely that their freight forwarder received the package as it was scanned. They may or may not have told the OP otherwise. A lot of OPs in this situation try to game the system. As I told the OP earlier:

The seller doesnt have to give you "confirmation"
They just have to provide the tracking number.
Im unsure what you mean by you dont see your full address? Is the address on the tracking your address?
IF you think it was sent to a different address, do as @mudshark61369 suggests.

It appears you have been the victim of a fake tracking number scam. eBay did not back you because their initial system looks at a tracking number with a computer, for a Delivered scan. If it sees one it closes the dispute. When you appealed you did not provide any proof that the item was not delivered to you, and ebay is not allowed to see what the address on the shipping label is, because of USPS privacy policy.
There is still one ebay recourse left to you. Before you use it you have to do a bit of leg work, to get the information you need to get a refund. You need to go to your post office,
You need to bring a copy of your order details page which shows your address and the tracking number with you. If you bought using a phone or tablet, you can bring that to show the clerk the order details.
You want to ask the clerk to check the label address against yours on the order details page, and also to check the Package type/size/weight info to see if was is appropriate for what you should have received. You might have to look up the Mfr.'s info/specifications about the camera body for its weight and measurements.
If the info does not match up, you ask the clerk or Postmaster to write a note on USPS stationary saying in general that the shipping label's address was not the same as the one on your ebay Order Details page, and if applicable that the package type/size/weight was not right for what you should have received. Do not ask them to write specific address or package info, they cannot give it out. Have the clerk or Postmaster print their name then sign and date the note.
Once you have the note you can contact ebay through one of their social media sites (links below) do have the ebay item and Order numbers handy. Write out what happened and add a CLEAR photo or scan of the note to the report. The reps who work on those sites know about the tracking scam, and can authorize a refund

FYI, you do realize that the driver you bought is an older one, and batteries and chargers are not still being made by DeWalt, for those tools. So you would have to buy used ones.

·2 years agoThere is absolutely no reason all these victims we see every day here need to be running around for documentation. Ebay can very simply make a call to USPS and find out if the address was correct. USPS could care less whether you're the sender or recipient, they'll speak to anyone. AMOF they only check if the delivery address is correct and don't ask for names.
I've called them many times and it only takes a few minutes for the answer.
When I've called them I simply tell them the tracking shows delivery but I didn't receive it. Then ask, can you please check if the address on the label was correct? Never had an issue doing this and I have called many times for packages that were for other people too.
It's totally ridiculous ebay continues to allow this scam to continue after at least 15 years.
Ebays money back guarantee is a total fail when dealing with the fake tracking scam. As long as the scammers are winning, and the longer ebay does nothing, it's only getting worse.
