The wrap I order
So I ordered this wrap from this company. I’m not too sure who it is or where it’s coming from but I’m trying to report it and tell him that I haven’t received a package even though FedEx said they deliver it. I also told him that I do live in a bad area. Maybe someone had Got it the left and they sent out the message and until they leave they should be able to send the message when they are still there making sure we did get an order or either knock on the door or ring the doorbell, but I didn’t get none of those and I’m trying to tell the seller that I want my refund back or either give me another roll of wrap

·2 years agoIf it was stolen after delivery, that's on you.
You can file mail theft and a police report, but it won't get your item or money back.

You're responsible for having a secure location for package delivery. If the package was stolen the seller has no obligation to provide a refund or replacement.
