"The item you are trying to purchase is not available for purchase in your location. " Why?

Hi,
My account was registered in Belarus in 2004.
Now I am in the USA. I buy from the USA. Delivery address - USA. I have made changes to my account and entered my US address. BUT! I get the message: "The item you are trying to purchase is not available for purchase in your location. You cannot buy this item"
At the same time, from another account registered in Belarus, I can buy without problems.
Why? What can I do so that I can buy from my main account?

@woodhome25, your registered address is still in Belarus.

If you have already updated your primary shipping address to the USA, then you should update your registered address as well. However, if you have registered for managed payments, then you may not be able to change the country in your registered address.

Is this the account you are having trouble making the purchase from? If it is and you have both a U.S. and Belarus address on it, make sure the U.S. address is checked as your Primary one.

Without more information we can't help you, unless you are trying to buy something that can't be shipped onto the U.S. from a foreign seller.
