Hello,found out i cant buy graphic cards on ebay,when i try to buy im getting:

The strangest thing is that to be able to buy i need to ask a seller to change both title and description to remove nvidia or amd words,then its lets me buy it. There is nothing strange with my address,have been using it for many years. Any ideas how to fix it? Maybe i need to report it to ebay,but how? Didnt find any ways to send them a message.

Without knowing what it is you are trying to buy we cannot tell you why you are getting that notice. If the seller is located outside of the U.S. maybe they do not ship to this country. Under the item price where you see Shipping: cost and estimated delivery dates click on the underlined See details button. Maybe the answer is in those details.
If you message the seller and they do not respond, try and find a seller who will ship to you.
