The biggest trouble with EIS (Ebay international shipping hub)
Hello to everyone,
I want to share my long story short about the experience with Ebay International shipping hub. I bought 10 basketball cards cases to ship to Europe through Ebay International Shipping hub. 6 cases arrived to my address successfully while the last 4 cases somehow not. The Germany shipping company just changed the status to undeliverable and now all 4 cases were abandoned and not returned to seller. Ebay refund me for 3 cases bus I cant imagine why the last item in not refundable. I dont know where was a problem because of undelivered of all 4 items. Maybe some address details were missing on the label, maybe ebay hub or shipping company mistake but the fact is that I had lost $563. The worst thing is that the main seller did not respond to me, he did not try to contact with the shipping company to try to solve this unknown reason issue.

OP1 year agoI asked Ebay to review once again their decision because of the last undelivered item, but there was no changes without any reason. All 4 items have the same tracking records and all of them are abandoned now

Naming and shaming is not allowed and your title and post will likely be edited.
This has nothing to do with the seller. The seller can't help you nor is he required or expected to.
When a seller uses EIS (ebay international shipping), it's ebay who handles the transaction once the item gets to ebay's Illinois hub.

OP1 year agoYou say "naming/shaming is not allowed" but who will take a responsibility because of 4 abandoned cases (one of them still not refunded)? There was no mistakes from my side (6 delivered items to the same address are more than a proof)
It was my first time when I was using EIS and I am in the biggest losses...
