"Due to new government policy, US customers who import goods over $800 from other countries may need to pay tariffs and fees, also known as duties. Tariffs, which vary by country, are usually calculated as a percentage of the shipment's price. Tariffs are based on the country where an item was manufactured, not the country from which an item was shipped.
Additional processing fees may be charged by the shipping provider (e.g. UPS) or US Customs, and often range from $10-$30. You may be contacted by your shipping provider about duties and fees by email, text, phone call, letter, or upon delivery. It’s important to check that the message you receive is from the shipping provider".
As other's have written if the drone was already in the U.S. prior to the tariff wars, you may not be paying any tariff or customs fees. If the item is coming from China then you can expect to pay tariffs & Customs Duties fees.
Short answer is 'it depends'. If the drone is being shipped from outside the US it will be subject to the tariff rate at the time it enters the US. As of May 14 the tariff on Chinese goods is 30%. But if you're buying a Chinese drone from a US seller's inventory they will have already paid a tariff and incorporated it into the drone's price.
Tariffs are determined when items enter the country. Since the item you ordered is already in the country the Tariffs should have already been paid by who imported it to the country.

@stephenmorgan what makes you think it's already in the country?
@hanka-53 probably because even if things are already here, they need to 'collect' to buy the next one at the higher price- hence the reason many places have already done the 'increases'.
