Tariff calculation
Quick question, hopefully. I am aware tariffs are calculated on the item value + shipping cost. Are Tariffs also calculated on the sales tax paid or is this excluded from the calculation.

Tariffs are not levied on the shipping cost of an international internet purchase, but your state, Washington does charge a sales tax on the shipping cost of internet purchases.
