Suspectious product from Mitsupart/Ailisfly
I purchased what was supposed to be a Shure wireless microphone package from a company named Mitsupart. When the order was shipped, the order stated the seller was Ailisfly. The model was a GLXD4 Wireless System with two Shure cordless microphones and receiver. The instructions had a warranty card to fill out, but no address to mail it to. I ordered two mic holders from Shure to attach to my mic stands which is supposed to fit ALL Shure wireless mics. The mic holders do not fit. The description on Shure's website shows slightly different photos and technical parameters. I suspect these are fraudulent knockoffs. I sent a message to their AI assistant but have not received a response yet. (Not surprised) Has anyone else had any problems with these sellers?

If you had more experience using ebay you would have checked the seller's feedback profile after seeing their 96.6% rating which is a very poor by ebay standards rating. Noticed the seller's country of registry is China, and the item location Hebron Ky. is the former ebay global shipping program hub where many china based sellers still have warehousing.
Go to your purchase history click on the More actions button, select not as described as the reason for the return as the previous replies have said.
I suggest reading the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) policy, in the link below in case the seller tries to cause you to lose its protections.

If the seller says they cannot provide a return shipping label, you can ask ebay to step in, since the item location is in the U.S.

From where was your product shipped?
If they are "not as described" you can return them regardless of any seller's return policy, and they have to send you a label, or send you MONEY IN ADVANCE for you to purchase recorded postage back to them. You do this by going to your "Purchase History" and selecting "return this item" for an appropriate 'not as described reason'. If this does not happen, on day 4, return to the case and "ask eBay to step in" and get your refund. Do not let the seller talk you into a replacement, and do not let the seller string you along so your timeline to take care of this expires.
