Suspect seller had only a desire for my $800.
Seller took $800, delayed a week, ignored 2 messages, then shipped UPS, no track #, and quit ebay. Today is last day of predicted arrival dates but I know nothing, except $800 is gone. What now?
I can't check UPS or Fedex because both refuse me an account at my home address, due to USPS refusing to list my address. Rye TX USPO only does business in PO boxes and at counter 5 days a week. No postmen, no vehicles, no mailboxes along any road, no deliveries. UPS & Fedex deliver here but we can't get account or help. My PO box is 7.6 miles away in Rye but my assigned USPO is over 29 miles.
What are my first steps to remedy? Am I just to smile & know I can't get pregnant?

·4 months agoYour seller did not quit eBay. If fact sellers can't close an account with open transactions. They were booted off. In most cases like that a buyer does not have to wait to file an item not received case. So, see if you can file one now.

·4 months agoThe responsibility for delivery is with the seller
Open an Item Not Received dispute and get your refund from eBay.
The seller is required not only to provide a tracking number that shows delivery but also to pay for Signature Confirmation when the purchase is over $750.
But do that immediately.
Don't wait another minute.

·4 months agoLuckily, at least in my case, eBay refunded mine quickly (within an hour), so good luck. I had a similar experience. The seller marked the item as "shipped without tracking" immediately after accepting my offer, and by the time the arrival date estimate came, they were no longer a registered user.
I have no idea what happened in my case, but if it was an attempt to deceive, it was luckily a fairly naive one.

·4 months agoOk today is the last day to wait of the expected delivery date then tomorrow which is 1 day after you file an "item not received" case against the seller so that you can start the process of refund. Ebay has a 30 day money back guarantee against seller who don't ship off, bail on Ebay all together or get banned/suspended. Don't expect this package to arrive.
