eBay closed my case and I don't have money and item.
Go over the top of eBay @alexandekuznetso-8 now to get your $448 back.
If you paid with PayPal, go here to file another return request, and upload that screenshot you posted here. Later when PayPal asks, upload your return tracking number, to get your refund.
Otherwise, file a CREDIT NOT PROCESSED chargeback with your card issuer, again with your return tracking number, to get your payment reversed back.
Why Would a Customer File a Chargeback With Reason Code “Credit Not Processed?†“Credit Not Processed†chargebacks are filed by customers who have returned their purchase but did not receive a refund from the merchant.
We need to understand what steps you took to return the item. From the screenshot you provided of the message from eBay ... the case was closed because you didn't use the label that was provided so that eBay had no proof that the item was delivered back to the seller.
Do you have a tracking number that shows that the seller received the item? eBay says that you still can get refunded if you provide the number to them. Can you do that?
That photo shows that the item was delivered to you, it does not show that the item was received by the seller. Did you use the label eBay provided? It seems that you used a different label and did not upload tracking to the return, if you have the tracking number you should contact eBay to give it to them.
This message board is not eBay customer service, it is mostly made up of people that buy and sell on eBay.
**looking at the photo again......it is not clear to me, but I believe that is what the photo is showing, I could be incorrect.
No that looks like it was delivered back to the SELLER. Note the "Started", "Delivered", "Refunded", showing it was delivered back to the seller but has not been refunded.
I am still unsure about that, I had looked at it again because I noticed the "started" but was still on the fence since how could it show a return delivered if it says they didn't have a record of it being shipped according to the actual message on that photo. It is confusing.
It sounds like the item you returned never made it back to the seller. If that’s the case, a seller can only refund you when the item is returned back to them safely.
FYI: I am soh.maryl and I am neither the buyer nor the seller.
These should help:
Is the byre @soh.maryl out back?
Normally the cellar @soh.maryl is under the house.
@soh.maryl has a perfectly legitimate complaint. In many of your answers your sentence construction is misleading. In standard English when you follow a term with a name that term becomes a descriptor of that name. So when you randomly insert tags into paragraphs you're making descriptors where they don't apply, e.g., "if the buyer @soh.maryl didn't actually open a return request". That indicates that soh.maryl is the buyer.

https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/ — Message button in upper right on landing page.

https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/How-do-I-contact-Customer-Support/m-p/32016431#M1783851 -> Automated Assistant, type AGENT -> enter. You will then get more options.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
But you will need to produce Proof of Delivery (not shipping ) back to the seller to win a refund.

·3 years agoDid you open a Not As Described dispute?
Did the seller send you return shipping?
Was the Return Shipping Label a tracked service?
Did you use tracking on the returned shipment?
Does the tracking show that the shipment has been received?
Without tracking you cannot prove that you returned the purchase.
What date did you return the purchase?
