Spinning circle
Is anyone else having issues with bids/offers pages. Whenever I click to make a bid or to review offers, the popup window has a circle that just spins and the page never opens.

·4 months agoWhen that has happened to me (not often) restarting the computer always corrected the issue.

·4 months agoOMG yes! It has just started for me in the past week. I had absolutely no problems forever and all of a sudden. How does a cache get full suddenly in one week? Need help on this issue for us "dummies". Thanks!

·4 months agoIt does not get full, it gets corrupted by incomplete transfers and incompatible webpages.
Failing to complete page downloads from Ebay could cause the problem, so could having cached files from a previous version of Ebay.

Have you tried clearing your temporary internet files and cookie cache, then restarting your device? You may need to do that if you visit a lot of online sites. The cookie build up could be affecting the loading of some ebay pages.

OP4 months agoIve done that to no result. bids and offers works in the app on my phone. It does not work in edge or chrome. My cat sometimes sits on my computer keyboard and Im thinking a key was pushed that shuts these off....
