Hello,
I sold my camera on February 28. Today is March 7, but the money has still not arrived in my bank account.
Could you please check the status of the payment and let me know when it will be transferred? I would really appreciate it if this could be resolved as soon as possible, as I urgently need the money.

Since you're a new seller, they'll probably hold the fund for 30 days.
You should see it around the first week of next month.

If everyone on this forum had access to your payments, that would be a major security breach, wouldn't it?
P.S. You opened a thread in the Buying forum. Did you not say you SOLD a camera?

Does it matter which board the OP posted on, if they get an appropriate answer to their question? As has been mentioned in one topic over and over. Many who reply on this board are sellers.
If you had looked you would also see that the OP is located in the U.K. which is why I posted a link to the U.K. site's policy on Payment Holds. in my 1st reply.

I did not see the reply you added to another post/topic until a few minutes ago, and realized that you wanted to contact ebay. Because you are cu rrently logged in to eBay's U.S. based site and its community (ebay.com) that the way to contact ebay from the U.K. based site ( www.ebay.co.uk ) is different than how we can do that here. You may want to post about your issue on the U.K's. community. You can click on the blue link above to be directed to that site. FYI the info I posted to your other reply can be read by clicking on the Link below.
But I should have posted a link to the U.K. site's Payment hold policy. They are both pretty much the same.

Because you are a new seller, ebay places a 21-30 day hold on your payments.
If you shipped the camera with tracking and receive a positive feedback from the buyer the funds may be released closer to 21 days.
You are located in the U.K. but have posted on the U.S. based site. So we cannot tell you how Banks in your country deal with funds transfers. Here in the U.S. when a seller gets paid by ebay for the first few times, the Banks often to not credit the funds from the electronic transfer, to the bank account, until they have actually cleared 3-5 working days.
