·9 months agoYou first notify your bank about charges...whether eBay, DoorDash, Burger King or whoever about a lost card.
How do you know card was stolen? If you know it was stolen...you know who did it...right?
Sounds more like you lost your card somewhere.
How do you know card wasn't used at other places?

eBay can only help if the unauthorized purchase was made using your eBay account.
If someone took your card number and made purchases using a different eBay account, then you need to go through you card issuer for help with that. Your card issuer can then deal with eBay directly.
