Sellers that circumvent ebay rules.
There is a seller (trading cards) that I believe is circumventing ebay rules. The amount of time requested to ship items (as in their item description) puts them out of any window for recourse. They then keep your money and items and it is a headache to do anything at this point. Is there any other action I can take? The money isn't a huge deal, but I'm very petty and want to put this seller on blast.

·1 month agoOn an INR, Ebay gives you 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to open a case.
An INAD, you have 3 days from the time you receive the item to file for a return?
Not sure how the shippers time put you out of any windows for recourse?

·1 month agoEBay allows sellers to set their shipping time from 1 to 30 days (40 days for presales). EBay calculates estimated delivery dates based on the seller's stated shipping time and allows item not received cases to be opened anywhere from 1 to 30 days after the last estimated delivery date. So how has this put you "out of any window for recourse"?

·1 month agoYou get 30 days AFTER the LAST Estimated Delivery Date to open a 'Not Received'. What 'recourse' days are you referring to?
