Sellers Drop Shipping From Amazon 2026
If you buy something and get a tracking number from Aquiline® Package Tracking starting with AQU, it's most likely being drop shipped from Amazon. Seller uses a Prime account so you get it fast. They disguise it by labeling it a gift. It will be delivered to you in an Amazon labeled package. It will have a USPS tracking number on it. They use Aquiline to convert the Amazon TBZ number to one recognized by Ebay. They buy it, mark it up and sell it to you. There are websites online on how to start you own business using Aquiline fraud. Supposedly it's against Ebay's and Amazon's policy. Ebay still allows the AQU numbers to be used on their site and reporting it seems useless. Calling Amazon with your USPS tracking number sounds more promising.

If I get my item............................ I don't care 😄
I am not concerned that they are abusing Amazon or eBay.😎 Not my problem.
If I paid more as a result of a seller using their "prime" account................ well, that's on me for not doing my due diligence.

If you buy something on ebay that is delivered with an Amazon "A gift for you" receipt you can report that to Amazon, as they do not want their Prime members doing that.
Sellers who have their items stored and shipped using ebay's approved Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) drop shipping service, will have their items packed and shipped in Amazon branded packaging but the receipt will be similar to a cash register receipt.

·8 months agoAmazon does not have a drop shipping service.
It has a multichannel fulfillment service (MCF) as part of FBA. MCF shipments are not shipped in Amazon packaging, they are shipped in plain packaging.
There is no way for an Amazon seller to order their item to ship in Amazon packaging. They are blocked from ordering their own items. MCF uses a totally different method for the seller to have an item shipped.

·8 months agoAccording to a recent news article, "Amazon is preparing to end its nearly 30-year partnership with the USPS, with the current contract set to expire in October 2026, amid stalled negotiations and plans to expand its own delivery network."
Maybe when this occurs amazon will crack down on the Prime members abusing the free shipping system... We shall see.

·8 months ago'to expend its own delivery network'....won't work.
USPS goes into rural areas and Amazon does not have that ability of hiring 3rd party delivery people to work in rural areas where USPS goes...like farms and tiny towns and people who live not near anything for miles and miles.

We are well aware of what is going on. The best thjng you can do is stay away from these sellers. If you see someone with 5000 listings that is a pretty good indication what they are doing. Also leave appropriate feedback..

·8 months agoI mean, my company has more than 5,000 listings. Not drop shipping, just have a warehouse space for them. But if they have 5000 items of all different types and all stock photos, then yes, almost certain drop shipping from Amazon or another source.
