Seller took my money, printed a label, but hasn't shipped, won't return my emails.
What do I do now? The seller charged my credit card, and printed a label, but hasn't shipped my item. I tried twice over the last week to email them asking when he would ship, but the seller doesn't respond. I tried cancelling the order, but it says I am past when that is possible. What do I do? How do resolve this? It's a first for me having never had a problem before.

·1 year agoI would actually do a item not received on one day after the 'estimated day of arrival'.
And since seller 'doesn't respond'...you shouldn't respond to seller's emails.
Kind of harsh but this is business.
Tracking has nothing to do with it...'estimated of delivery does'.
I wouldn't care if I just got tracking I would still do an item not received.

·1 year agoIf seller can show item is moving through system then eBay will extend the case....I got one extended by 5 days twice so 10 days. It finally got delivered and case closed in my favor.

·1 year agoYou need to take a moment to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
In the listing where you made your purchase, you saw a last estimated delivery date. That date must've been satisfactory to you, or else you wouldn't have made that purchase, right?
If you do not receive your purchase by that date, you CAN open an item not received case the day after that; however, given the weather in some areas as well as the USPS issues we're having, my recommendation would be to give it a few more days. A buyer has 30 days after that estimated delivery date to open an item not received case.

·1 year agoI'm in the exact same boat, I paid on 1/1, seller first printed label on 1/8, and tracking today still shows "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item"
Today is my final estimated delivery date, so as @tinsoldierunderground already recommended to you, I will open an item not received case tomorrow.
I recommend not cancelling the order because then the deadbeat seller walks away scott free.
What really makes me even madder though is that I've been a big opponent of auto-pay and this was my first auction I authorized ebay with credit card info before bidding. Then I had to jump through more hoops and paid within 5 minutes with a different payment method then I had authorized auto-pay with since it doesn't have the payment options I most often use.
Now after holding my nose and jumping through all those hoops I got nothing to show for it. I feel like someone dropped my pants around my ankles and bent me over !!

·1 year agoOh, how nice, after 12 days of sitting on his butt , it finally ships on the final estimated delivery date after I sent a message yesterday. His ears must of been ringing as I was creating my post here.
So is this the type of service buyers deserve from sellers that complained about allowing buyers up to 96 hours to pay? I think not
I'll bet they weren't happy I was the only bidder but who ends an auction @ 4am on new years day, lol.
Now let see if I actually receive what I paid for.

"IF" you care to, post the eBay item number that was in the listing you bought from or a link to the listing and members can take a look and perhaps gather more information concerning the handling time, item ship from location, etc.

·1 year agoWait for the estimated delivery date on the listing to pass, one full day later you can open an item not received case with ebay. You can do this right from the listing in your purchase history.
