Seller switches shipping co but eBay says too bad
I needed a tail light for my vehicle. I paid $33. The listing only mentions FedEx for delivery no mention of Amazon logistics who they actually used. I drive for Amazon and they tell me to take a picture of the package on the porch. My small house allows me to view the front yard the driveway and the porch clearly from my living room. There’s always someone there to witness deliveries. Amazon left delivery confirmation, which was false. No one showed up no one delivered the package. I wouldn’t even have bid if I saw Amazon would be used. Email says due to Amazon‘s delivery confirmation, I will not get a refund. the sellers huge and you may make a lot of money off of them. They use Amazon why can’t they say it on the listing? I haven’t had a bad experience with eBay for several years. do I deserve my money back. I didn’t do anything wrong.

·4 months agoIf tracking shows it was delivered you'll lose the item not received dispute.
An item not as described return request is the only way to get your money back with ebay's guarantee in these situations.
