You say when it was ordered but not when it was delivered. If you've had it 30 days or less, you can open a Return claim, citing 'Wrong item sent'. If you're still within that window, try to keep it with eBay. If not, fall back on your CC. Good luck.

·6 months agoJust so you know in case this problem arises in the future, you should have opened "not as described" claim on EBAY. When your EBAY case says "did not receive item" (EBAY only looks at tracking# to make sure item was delivered).
Your only option now it is contact your credit card company and try to get "payment reversed".
Good luck to you!

·6 months agoAn INR (Item Not Received) case is different than a Return case. An INR is for when nothing arrives. If tracking shows something arrives, then you will be denied that.
A return case should be opened if you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, an item missing parts, etc. If you opened an INR and were denied, then you can still open a return if you are within the 30-day return window.
Here are the reasons for a return:

·6 months agoI don't think there is much that you can do anymore, at least, with eBay.
Usually the MBG is only for 30 days from arrival.
Since you purchased in January that time has probably gone by.

·6 months agoSorry this happened to you. Evidently you opened the wrong kind of case. Your claim was "Item Not Received". eBay looked at the record and saw that you DID receive something, so they disallowed your claim. You can try to refile, using "Not As Described" as your reason, or you can just move along and open a case with your card issuer.
In the meantime, be sure to refresh your knowledge by reading eBay's MBG.
