·1 year agoHappening to me now: The seller sent my item with no address to my city, Philadelphia. It arrives in just 2 days, I know this because the app tells me its been delivered. So I'm panicking... I don't appreciate losing money and the package has not been delivered. After messaging the seller, eBay, and checking UPS website, and after filing a claim with UPS, I'm told the package was sent without an address. Now I'm going nuts contacting the seller, I'm being truthful, I find it very suspicious. Why would the seller do that? The seller has a notice that they'll be away until February 2, 8 days away. I get **bleep** when my money is tied up like that! I've gathered through the feedback that this is a drop shipper (I really hate that, I avoid Walmart!), several people say in their feedback that the item came from Wal-Mart. One feedback explains it. The buyer states there was a problem with this sellers delivery, seller responded quickly offering refund or replacement, the replacement arrived very fast... the buyer left good feedback. They were innocent and naive, I've had time to think and am determined to get an answer. Finally I called and the UPS telemarketer told me, the package had no address! Now I'm making conclusions. The dropshipping seller makes only a few bucks, I think they're hanging on to some money for whatever reason. I find it all very shady but I know I'll eventually get my money or the item, I'm asking for a refund. Why me????
I am wondering why the tracking says my shipment is one of five, are four other buyers missing packages? What happened in your case? Has it been resolved? Anyone have thoughts or experience with this? I've reported this all to ebay, this shouldn't be a top rated seller. Any thoughts on the 1 of 5 note in the tracking? Thanks for reading...

Do as @klhmdg suggested and file an item not received dispute, and stop trying to contact ebay through phone or chat. Go to your purchase history click on the More actions button > select I haven't received the item then file the dispute, which will appear above your purchase history.
You may receive a message saying the dispute was closed in favor of the seller, because the first step in an Item Not Received dispute, is for a computer, which can only look for a delivered scan, to check for one.
In the message denying your claim, there will be an Appeal button. Click on it and you will be able to write out what happened, Keep it simple say tracking shows the delivery address was changed on Tuesday, July 12, at 5:43am, and the delivery was made in Philadelphia, PA 19154, when it should have been delivered to Beaver Falls, PA (your zip here) You can add a screen shot of the full FedEx tracking page to that message, do not write it out like you did below.
Your appeal will be looked at by a real person, and the delivery zip difference between your order details, and the zip where the Delivered Scan was posted, should be enough to overturn the original decision, and a refund processed.

You need to check with FedEx to find out why the address was changed.
According to the detailed tracking info on line, it appears that there was a problem with the address, and they reached out to the recipient (you) to correct it. It was in Zelienople, only about 15 miles from Beaver Falls, so it may have been out for delivery (or about to be) when they found a problem with the address.
Of course, it's possible that the wording of the scan was a mistake, but you need to take all the steps that you can take to find out what really happened, before you do something drastic like leaving negative feedback for the seller.

·2 years agoDid you use the MBG or just call eBay?
Since the zip codes are different file a Not Received case.
Go into your purchase and file "not received"
The seller will have 3 days to upload tracking that shows delivered to your zip code.

·1 year agoJust so you know 96.8% is a terrible score. Just something to think about for future buys.
I like to see at least 98%...99 or 100% is even better.

·2 years agoCheck your order details to make sure the correct address appears there. That is the address the seller is required to ship to.
Contact the shipping service to determine if the tracking number you received was for a package that was addressed to you.
Good advice for dealing with false tracking can be found in the marked solution to this thread:

What kind of feedback does your seller have?
You can avoid many fake tracking issues by choosing to only do business with experienced sellers that have a proven track record of delivering similar items as seen by examining the seller's feedback page, and by avoiding inexperienced sellers, sellers with patterns of negative feedback indicating serious problems, or sellers with large gaps in the selling history or recent drastic changes of seller behavior.

·2 years agoDid you open an 'item not received' case? How've you been trying to contact eBay? If it's over the phone, that's a mistake. The phone reps are notorious for giving people the runaround. Have you tried contacting eBay support via social media?
