SELLER SENT ME A FACE MASK
I recently purchased a set of 3 torque wrenches from seller oversea-sale-items and the seller sent me a used face mask we'll packaged with tracking details. I have appealed to Ebay and PayPal concerning this fraud to no avail. The seller simply shows details that an item was delivered with tracking information thereby causing both eBay and PayPal to close the case despite all my evidence showing that the seller only sent a face mask.

·2 years agoFrom the response you received with contact with eBay, it looks like you opened the wrong kind of case.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee offers buyers the opportunity to open either one of two different kinds of cases. Those would be an item not received case OR an item not as described case. You opened an item not received case. eBay looked at your transaction and saw tracking proving receipt, so they disallowed your claim. Now your best chance at fixing the issue is doing a chargeback on your credit card.
