Seller sent item to wrong address
Purchased an item on eBay and the seller sent it to the wrong address. I checked my order details and my address is correct. However the tracking info says that the item was delivered to some home in Florida and it needed to be in Michigan. What do I do? I messaged the seller and have yet to hear back. I can’t open an item not received or anything because it was technically delivered, but just not to me.

Not only was the person who soh.maryl said was wrong, no good, but your screen shot of the ebay reply to an issue that is very out of date, if it was part of the same discussion with britanie @ ebay you posted before which was from 2021. Things have changed since then.
Maybe soh.mary did give someone in that other topic it a "Kudo", a term not used on the boards in years, but was the topic about the exact same situation?

That is true but it isn't. You can file an item not received dispute and it will be quickly turned down, because the initial INR system is automated, and all it can look for is a delivered scan, and no other info.
However, when the dispute is closed, there will be an appeal button in the message you receive telling you that.
When you appeal, Tell them what happened "item was delivered to an address in Fl. but was supposed to be delivered in Mi.. Add a screen shot of the full tracking tracking info that shows the tracking number and Delivered to the Fl. address/zip code. Just to be safe also add a screen shot of your order details showing the tracking number and your address.
Appeals are looked at by a person, not a computer, and the screen shots should be enough for the original decision to be overturned. The bad thing about this is, a negative feedback may be removed, because of losing the initial dispute. However, if you leave a neutral saying "there was an issue, with the transaction,and the seller refused to reply to your message", before or just opening the first dispute, That may stick. If it is still there after you get a refund, add a follow up message to it stating the seller sent the item to Fl. not Mi.
If for some reason ebay turns down the appeal, come back to these boards and we will tell you what to do, there is one more ebay option you can use, but it does mean doing some leg work.
If the seller you are having issues with is the one supposedly located in Brooklyn. You should have checked their feedback profile. While their feedback percentage isn't bad, the negative and neutral comments added together would drop their percentage well below acceptable standards.
