Seller sent different item then was in description

Hi I bought an item off of eBay and what I received was not the item in the description. I have contacted the seller and they won’t help me I have even contacted eBay and they won’t help me. Isn’t it fraudulent to advertise an item for sale and then send a totally different one? I don’t know what to do. I ordered and paid for arlo 4 pro cameras and was sent the essential cameras instead. I can’t use them. Anyone have any suggestions?

You stated that you "contacted" Ebay. How did you do that?

You needed to file a Return Request within 30 days from date of delivery.

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “doesn't match description“. Attach a photo.
IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
If the seller’s return shipping address is in another country, they will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or they can refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask Ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
