SELLER SCAM
I bought a supposedly new valve body. IT IS NOT. The day they installed it was exactly 30 days after i received it and I can't complain anymore . I trust eBay with what is sold in their site. But this seller aidi_shop scammed me. To install this part you must make an appointment so they can disassemble the transmission and install it. On the day of installation, the package of the supposed new part was opened and oh surprise. It was NOT a new piece. I immediately contacted the seller and he ignored me. Where can I talk to an agent to help? I think this should not be allowed by EBAY. The seller is making fun of me. eBay should not allow these types of scams. eBay HELP ME PLEASE

·1 year agoAdding a warning about this seller to some other sellers positive feedback is not a good move, and won't be appreciated by them.

Good advice for @maggiie2008. I agree that it is a transaction that should be treated singly. 😑
Also... "I contacted the seller before but he didn't listen to me." <<< This is why you open a Return request. Returns ALWAYS catch the attention of sellers. Plus, they're automated... you don't even have to contact the seller. Sorry you picked a scrub.

OP1 year agoI contacted the seller before but he didn't listen to me. Exactly on the 30th day they were installing the part and surprise it didn't work. We should not allow these types of aidi_shop people in the community. They hust us. It's almosto 500dlls and the seller is laughing at me

·1 year agoYou should open and check out the item immediately, regardless of whether you are going to install or use it right away. You have 30 days from delivery. If you wait until later than that to even open it, that is on you.

^^^ That would have been the time to open a Return request through eBay... upon receipt, not following installation.
With the MBG timeline closed to you, you might reach out to your payment provider. Good luck going forward.

·1 year agoAny buyer who pays by other than a credit card has lowered their chances of recovery on a bad transaction for decades.
If you use a PayPal balance or a debit card or a transfer from your bank (echeck) you are acting against your own interests.

·1 year agoeBays MBG is 30 days from delivery.
If it has been longer than 30 days you will need to go to PayPal or your CC.
Otherwise file a Not As Described case with eBay.
Next time PLEASE open the item before 30 days is up. You could have opened it and even just checked to be sure at anytime.

·1 year agoPaypal's deadline for a not as described case is now 30 days. So if it's been longer than that a credit card dispute is the only option.
