Seller says tracking# was incorrect. How can I get the item or a refund, if I never rec'd the item?
The seller states that the wrong tracking# entered, but the item should be delivered soon. I've yet to receive the item, and that was 10 days ago. I've emailed the seller requesting the correct tracking number to no avail. What do you suggest I do next?

·5 months agoThe seller is jerking you around. Does the wrong tracking number show a delivered scan? If so, don't open an Item Not Received case. Go to your Purchase History or the Order Details page for that item and click on 'More actions' then choose 'Return this item' and then select 'Missing parts or pieces' as your reason for returning. Don't choose 'I didn't receive it' if tracking shows delivered. Don't close the case when the seller inevitably tells you they can't refund you until you close the case. Come back here and post before doing anything further if you're not sure.

·5 months agoWhat is/was the latest estimated date of delivery as indicated in the order details in your Purchase History?
Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
