Seller rejecting my offers can they reject a winning bid?
Seller has item up with both 'bid' and 'best offer' options. Tried best offer twice (with a reasonable offer) and rejected. I am NOT intending to 'lo-ball' the seller. So now I'm going to try to bid at an ever higher price .... can they still reject my bid if I win? The seller does NOT have a reserve.

·2 years agoI won item in auction, paid for it and now seller says she won't send it to me unless I give her more money.
Have contacted Ebay but they haven't been really responive. Is there anywhere in Ebay rules that requires seller to send to me at price I won item at?

·5 years agoUntil the listing ends the seller has the ability to cancel your bid.
If your bid stands & you win the item, the seller is expected to complete the transaction.

I'm curious about auction style listings that include the best offer option.
With fixed priced / best offer listings, an offer would be for less than the BIN price.
With an auction style / best offer listing, would an offer be expected to be reasonably higher than the opening bid amount?
