Seller reduced price
If a seller drops a price and when you purchase it, they tell you it was done in error, are they obligated to still sell it to you?

What was the selling price (what you paid) vs the asking price (what they want)? (Difference $)
What was their excuse?

Yes, they're obligated to sell it to you. That said, there's absolutely no way to force them to meet that obligation. EBay has no police to go to their home and force them to ship.
