seller questions
I bought an item from a seller listed in S. Korea. He had my address correct and it took more than a month to get to me. One day I got a notice the item had arrived and tracking confirmed it but it was nowhere to be found. When I said it was not here and asked for a refund the seller said the item had been impounded and destroyed by customs, (it was a DVD of an 1970's Italian movie) but tracking said it had arrived at my place. Why would tracking say it had arrived but the seller said it was destroyed? The seller did not supply a photo of the package on my doorstep or tell me which company had shipped the item.

·11 months agoSounds like the fake tracking number scam. Do not file an item not received case if it says delivered. You will lose. You have to file an item not as described case. Search these boards for fake tracking number scam. There is a lot of info about it. Do not file until you come back here and give more info. I hope you paid by credit card.

·11 months agoA bit confused. How did you check tracking if you didn't know the shipper?
