seller Post, remarkable pro is a scam .....
seller is a scam..... He will send the item to the wrong address and keep the right zip code. Ebay is so incompetent they won't investigate my case carefully, they claim buyer proctection; but they rush the cases no to give you your money back. Ebay will believe you did not received the package and will not refund you the money. The scam is simple, seller sends the package to the wrong address but, the correct zip code. USPS will deliver to the address on the package which in my case was two blocks away from my place. Now you are to prove to eBay you did not get the package. If it happens to you go to USPS and ask them to give you a print out of the package transit history . They will ask for the tracking number so have the eBay page ready to show them the tracking number. On the page will be the destination address. The address will be redacted buy the street name will not. I think you can prove this way that the package was not delivered to the address on you eBay account. Good luck.....ebay did not give me a refund. I am considering not to by on eBay ever again.

·1 year agoThat is the fake tracking number scam. If you paid by credit card, contact your card company. Advise them it's the flake tracking number scam.

·1 year agoMight be 'drop shipping'...where the store(Amazon) has the same zip code as you.
Seller might not have item...comes from a store near you...problem with your address so it returns to store in your zip code. Seller gets credit. Could be any possible problems with delivery or out of stock or anything really.

FYI, you cannot name and shame sellers on these boards, so their username will be removed soon.
Your initial item not received dispute was turned down because it is checked by ebay's automated system that can only search a tracking number for a Delivered scan, it cannot access the address. In the message you received saying the dispute was closed is an Appeal button, and if it has been less than 30 days since you received it you still have time to appeal.
You did go to the P.O. But it seems you didn't ask for the right information to present to ebay. Before you try to appeal open the link below, click on the Go To Best Answer button. Read what I wrote about getting info from USPS to win the appeal Carefully.
If the appeal fails there is a social media option you can try. The next reply to that topic has the links to ebay's social media pages.

The fake tracking scam has become very common and one way you can get info to win an appeal is to sign up for the Free enhanced tracking services offered by:
USPS - Informed Delivery, FedEx - Delivery Manager, UPS - My Choice.
There is info in them that can save you the trouble of going to the P.O.
In the future you need to check each seller's feedback profile page before buying from one. Especially, if the seller is a higher volume one with less than a 98.6% rating. Yours had a percentage of about 97% when you bought from them. On that page you can click on the numbers of neutral and negative feedback the seller has received, to read only those comments.
Your seller is apparently drop shipping from a few sources.
