·2 years agoWhile a seller has 3 days to accept or reject a formal request for cancellation, if the buyer has paid then non-response is treated as a rejection (if s/he hasn't it's treated as an acceptance).
If you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
Note that your filing for cancellation might affect your ability to file for non-delivery; I suspect that if the estimated delivery date falls within the 3 days and the seller hasn't responded, you won't be able to file until the cancellation you commenced expires.

·2 years agoBuyers cannot cancel a transaction, buyers can request a cancellation, sellers are not required to cancel.
How do you know the item didn't ship? Sellers are not required to use tracking.
You can open an item not received case 1 day past the estimated date of delivery by going to the transaction and clicking "More Actions" drop down menu and click "I didn't receive it".
The seller's job is will have 2 business days to upload tracking showing delivery or send a refund.

If by the 4th business day there is no tracking or refund from the seller you can go back to the case to ask eBay to step in.

Did you notice what their handling time was?
Some sellers have a 5 day handling time and that's business days.
