Seller non responsive
Seller never shipped my order. I sent a message to see if it had been shipped. No response from seller. I requested a cancellation. Still no response after 4 more days. Now I can’t seem to get EBay to step in.

The seller may never have shipped but if they created a shipping label and you used the More Actions button to open a dispute, you might have only seen Return item on the actions page. If you click on that a menu will open and "I haven't received it" is one of the reasons for filing a dispute.
To find older threads you can look in the upper right of a community page, and if people have responded to a recent one hover over the Bell symbol that will have a number in it. A list of helpfuls or messages saying a person mentioned you in Seller None responsive. You can click on that topic title to be taken to it.
