·4 months ago@nantay127,
The seller may never have shipped but if they created a shipping label and you used the More Actions button to open a dispute, you might have only seen Return item on the actions page. If you click on that a menu will open and "I haven't received it" is one of the reasons for filing a dispute.

·4 months agoI'd try that first. EBay glitches sometimes. You have 30 days from that last estimated delivery date to open a case, so you're in no danger of timing out. If it still hasn't appeared you may need to chat with customer service through the Help & Contact link below.

When you go to the item in your purchase history, under More actions, are you not being given the option to select 'I haven't received it"?
nantay127
OP4 months agoNo, it does not give me that option. Maybe I should wait a couple more days?

·4 months agoeBay does sometimes change the delivery date after item has been shipped.
You should look at item purchased and check estimated delivery date again.
It has happened to me where delivery dates have been changed.

First, sellers are never obligated to cancel a transaction. But you should be able to report an item not received through your purchase history, but not before the day after the last estimated delivery date. Has that date passed?
nantay127
OP4 months agoYes, 3 days ago.

·4 months agoIf the last estimated delivery date was three days ago, is there a reason you've not opened an item not received case?
Again, why is there no way to report an item not received case?

·4 months agoNeed to let us know the 'estimated day of arrival' of item in the sold listing before we can analyze your statement.
