Seller Name & Shipping Method Doesn’t Match Return Label
Thank you for your help with this. I bought an item from a seller in Florida. It was shipped to me via UPS Ground. The item was completely misrepresented in her ad, and now I’m returning it. She was not happy with me. I just received her return shipping label, but it’s a FedEx label, and has a different seller’s name on it. I’m concerned that the original shipping label and the return labels don’t match: The shipping methods and the seller’s names are both different. Is this a common practice, or should I ask for a return label that matches? Will this be a problem in terms of my getting a prompt refund? Thanks again for your help.

·1 year agoSince it is the label sent to you, use it.
There should not be an issue. No one looks at the name.

·1 year agoMaybe seller was drop-shipping from a retail outlet and it is being returned to her and not the outlet.
It does happen. Lucky the return wasn't to someone in China which is not unusual.
