seller location
How is Ebay letting sellers say their item is in US when it is not, especially these chinese sellers. This is BS. Now if I have to return to seller at buyers expense I have to send back to china when Item was supposed to be in US? I might just stop buying on Ebay. Can't trust where seller is located!

OP1 month agomudshark61369, Thank you for the useful info. I really appreciate it. This seller states nothing about being from china in about info. So if I put US only sellers this seller would still be there I bet. That's not good if it ships from china when not available in us storage. There was only one buyer that stated item was shipped from china and I missed it. My bad. I guess delivery date is a good sign. This setup is not good for US buyers who do not want to buy from china.
Thank you!!!!!!

I'm happy the info is a help for you.
"So if I put US only sellers this seller would still be there I bet"
The U.S. only filter only works when an item location is in another country. The filter does not go by the seller's location.
One way to avoid China based sellers is not to use the Price: plus shipping lowest search filter. Personally, I use Time: ending soonest

"How is Ebay letting sellers say their item is in US when it is not, especially these chinese sellers".
Many Chinese sellers use Chinese Govt. owned warehouses in the U.S. to drop ship from. However, because of the trade wars the item may be out of stock here, so it ships from China. If the listing did not state that there would be Customs or Tariff fees below the shipping details that is likely what has happened.
"Now if I have to return to seller at buyers expense I have to send back to china when Item was supposed to be in US?".
The only reasons why you the buyer would have to return the item at your expense would be for a Buyer's remorse reason. They are Changed my mind, Found another for less, Does not fit, when sizes are given, Ordered the wrong item. Any other reason selected would mean the seller has to pay the return shipping cost. As an eBay member for 20 years you should know by now how the Money Back Guarantee works, if you do not open the link below. Any item not shipped from the country it was supposed to be located in can be returned at the seller's cost by using Item Not As Described, since an item location is a part of the description.

If you open the link below you can learn how to avoid this issue in the future, look for the reply by Mudshark61369 in it and read how to avoid those sellers.

Because there are Chinese sellers who are registered in the U.S. you need to check each seller's feedback profile before buying from one. There are instructions in the above link that tell you how to view the classic feedback profile page and what to look for.
