Seller is texting me
I bought a designer bag for $350 that was counterfeit. Took it to the store to be verified. When I went to report it to eBay, the sellers account had been closed for violating eBay terms. I still filed my claim and a refund was issued immediately. The seller has my phone number and has been telling me to cancel the claim or he will keep calling me. I’ve blocked him but I assume if he has my phone number he has my address. The number was local so I’m a little nervous he’s going to come to my house.

·1 year agoWell Ill just say be careful having a store clerk authenticate a bag, but glad you got a refund. Ebay wont get involved in interpersonal disputes, but dont hesitate to call the police if it escalates.

·1 year agoI might be inclined to call the police and report them. They may be able to track them down with your phone and stop it. At least you’d have a report. Not sure what else you can do.
