seller information disappears after I pull up a listing to look at

08/08/2023 When I pull up a listing to look at, the seller information (and feedback %, etc) appears for approx 2 seconds, then disappears.

I've been having the same issues on and off for a couple of weeks. However, because I haven't seen other posts about the issue up until the last few days, I thought the issue was on my end. This morning I posted a topic on the Share Community Platform Feedback board. (Link Below) If others will respond to it maybe one of the blues will take it seriously.

08/09/2023 11:30am The right-hand column is now staying in place--whether I am pulling up a listing from the "Search for Anything" page, or from My eBay "Watchlist".

Yeah welcome to a new Ebay feature. I have the same problem.

Try another browser. If the information displays properly, try clearing your cache and possibly manually deleting just your eBay cookies in the original browser. If that does not help, try disabling add-ons such as ad blockers.
