Seller improper shipping reurn
I rought this pashan chair. Eventualy shipped Fed Ex. It was very banged up. As if it was old worn and thrown around by many shippers many times.
I'm having this problem. Been fighting with thus shady Seller for days. 2st they would not post tracking so I did know when it was coming.
The seller tried get to take by ifgibg 15%. But it was so old and banged up looking. I just wanted a return.
Finally this Seller sent a label. But usps label. Usps does not ship 2x3 items. It's too big to pick up. Only Fed Ex or ups. Normally ebay woukd not let him send this kind of label fir furniture. It's big.
 
I don't want this item. But seller really messed up the experience. I really want to try a Pashan Chair. He sends this old on that has been shipped and thrown around before. It looks like it dropped all over the box. I'm sure it old item.
The selker sent wrong label on purpose. It can only pick up by the big hadlers like Fed ex. Which was the ordinal shipper.
I need advice what to do.

Have you checked the UPS site to see if the package can be sent through them? They may allow larger ones to be sent if the weight is within their parameters.
If UPS will not accept the package, Your particular issue can't be handled through ebay's regular channels. Your best bet will be to contact them through one of their Social media platforms. (Links below)
Write out what has happened, the seller first offering a 15% refund, and when refused sent you were sent a label for a package UPS whose dimensions they will not accept. Ask them if a FedEx label can be sent to you. Thise reps who are actual ebay employees have the power to do things their phone/chat reps cannot do.
