Seller has a policy violation; refuses to cancel the order
I ordered a MicroSD card from a seller a day ago. Today I get two messages from him that ignore the policy violation by Ebay, he's going to ship anyway. I put in a request to cancel and he's not going to cancel.
He keeps emailing me assuring me that it's an error that he's not in violation but I don't want to take chances and asked to cancel. Who should I contact to cancel this order?

Did you click on the See details button that is on the shipping service and cost line on the listing page? Example below.
Depending on the card's capacity, the $9.99 cost may be much lower than others listed. That the seller's location and the fact that SD cards are a highly counterfeited item, would have had me buying from a U.S. based seller. At the very least the seller is a drop shipper and may actually be China based despite their given country of registry.

You're mistaken; it's not a violation. EBay allows you to request a cancellation, but the seller has full discretion to refuse the request. If the seller has declined the cancellation you have no way to cancel it. When it arrives you can pay to return it if the seller allows returns. If not the item is yours to use, sell, or donate as you see fit.
