Seller got a label but didn’t actually drop off the package
I ordered Jan 18th, they said they’d ship next day before I even ordered. They didn’t . I reached out and asked for updates and they informed me again they’d be shipping they didn’t. January 29th they printed a label BUT they never dropped off the package to USPS. It is now February 8th. Shipping last day is February 10th, I know it’s not coming to me. No response from the seller. I asked them to just cancel my order since they clearly have no intentions on shipping it and no response. I just want my money back at this point. The item was $390. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I’m over it.

·7 months agoYou are covered under ebay's Money Back Guarantee. After the estimated delivery date has passed, you can file an INR and get your money back if they can't show it's been delivered.

·7 months agoIn the listing where you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date.
If/when that date arrives, and you've not yet received your item, which seems fairly likely, you can open an item not received case. If that date is February 10th, you can open an item not received case with eBay. The MBG offers very good protection for buyers. Please take a moment to read it.
