Seller DoorDashed me substitute items

I recently purchased a set of Sterilite containers from a seller because my local Walmart was out of stock and I wanted the specific ones to match what I already had. I received a message from the seller saying they were "out of stock" and asked me to cancel the order on my end so they did not get hit with an out of stock cancellation. I refused to do so because I still wanted the items I have ordered and paid for and told the seller to cancel the order as out of stock.
About 3 days later I received a DoorDash driver at my door at 6:00 AM with substitute containers from my local Walmart and a bottle of Vitamin C pills (presumably to make up the difference in cost of what I had ordered versus what I received.) The seller then messaged me a screenshot of the DoorDash delivery confirmation as my shipment tracking information.
I have already left negative feedback, but do I have any other options here? The item states "no returns accepted" and the seller is listed in China.

·1 month ago"my local Walmart was out of stock" doesn't mean you still can't get them from Walmart. Just do it online.
I buy stuff from Walmart not available at my local Walmart. It just gets sent in from elsewhere............

That's nice of them, but it is not tracking that eBay accepts.
No returns accepted.
The reality - that no returns policy is trumped by eBays Money Back Guarantee, as the item arrived not as described.
Go read up on eBay's Money Back Guarantee, then open a complaint, then escalate the complaint when eBay allows you to - Do Not Close the complaint for any reason, no matter what the seller states, just escalate when you can.
