·1 year agoHi @navpreesing10 - as others mentioned, you can request a cancellation but it's just a request. There is no way to definitively cancel an order without the seller's agreement.
If the seller ships, what you can do is keep the item, return the item with the reason ordered by mistake if you no longer need it (assuming the seller accepts returns - not all sellers do), gift it to someone, donate it, or even resell it right here on eBay.

·1 year agoBecause sellers are not required to cancel. Ordering an item takes more than 1 step so not sure how you accidentally order.

eBay sellers are not required to agree to accept cancellation requests. Most good ones will, but high volume sellers often cannot, and China based ones never agree. If this happened because you had an item saved in the Cart. You should place items in the Watch list until you are sure it is what you want, then add it to the Cart or just pay directly from the listing.
