seller cheating buyers
The item was delivered after 3 month and I was not needed it.
I reported to the seller that I would not receive it.
The seller demanded a letter from the post office that the item was returned. This took a few weeks.
After that the seller stopped responding to my messages,
He marked me as a unwanted client, I can't buy anything from him, can't send for him messages because he doesn't receives from me nothing . He just doesn't want to pay.

There is no way. Feedback can only be left for 60 days after the purchase date.

·3 years agoInstead of continuing to communicate with the seller, you should have opened INR (item not received) through the order. It would have to have been done within 30 days.
When you bought the perfume, what was the date shown as the estimated delivery? If you didn't receive it by that date, you could opened a case the next day.

OP3 years agoThe seller informed me that I can track the goods one month after shipping
In fact, it happened after two and a half months later. This was the seller's first scam
Since my wife's birthday had already passed, I no longer needed this product, which I told the seller
The seller demanded a letter from the post office that the item was returned and then he will get me full refund. This took a few weeks.
After the product was sent back, I sent the seller a letter from the post office with a notification
and the seller stopped responding to my messages, This was the seller's second scam
Because it took a long time EBay closing the case and I can’t to leave negative feedback
He marked me as a unwanted client, I can't buy anything from him, can't send for him messages because he doesn't receives from me nothing . He just doesn't want to pay. This was the seller's third scam.
Does anyone know how to leave to him negative feedback ?

·3 years agoIf you refused delivery of the package you voided your coverage under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Since that seller only sells perfume I'm presuming that's what you purchased. Perfume can't be shipped by air, so three months to travel by boat from Japan to Israel is not excessive. The seller's listings specify extended delivery time.
If you have tracking that shows the package returned to the seller you can try to dispute the transaction with your credit card. For future reference the way to have handled this was to open a remorse return through eBay and pay to return the item.
