Seller changed the picture after my bid
Hi, I placed a bid on an item based on the stock picture and Item title. I was outbid so I raised my bid and won (YAY). Well I did not notice until I won that the seller had revised the listing and changed the picture to the actual item. It's the same item but without the accessories as in the first picture and item model number.
What can I do, am I be covered for a refund, seller said "NO RETURNS" ? Seller is new with 1 feedback.

I’m afraid you are mistaken. Sellers can’t change anything in an auction once bids are received. They can add photos and add to an item’s description when there are bids so anything that was there before bids are placed are still there as well..
Can you give us the item number so we can see what you are talking about?

·2 years agoI assume the seller revised the ad before there was any bids, as you can't once there are bids. So you are most likely getting the item as shown in the ad.

·2 years agoWhen you receive your item, if it's not as described, you can open an NAD case with eBay.
"No returns" means nothing in the face of eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. You need to read it.
