Seller canceled transaction after I won auction
Seller canceled transaction after I won auction for 540 usd and the same minute relisted item for 1175 usd, claiming issues with the delivery address where I get deliveries from ebay for more then 10 years now without any single problem, he never answered my message and I can't even leave feedback, seller has 100% positive feedbacks and that's a fraud, as buyers will never know seller is not a fair person.

@krazzykats should have added what to do after you opened the link, since what you are reporting is not in the list of ebay policies you can click on.
Use the link provided.
On the first page use the blue Report seller button.
Next page select seller has violated an ebay policy > Continue
Next Pg. enter the seller's username,
Select Other, then in the text box write:
"The seller used an invalid reason for cancelling the transaction (problem with address) the address used when I paid is the same one I have always used without problem.
After cancelling the transaction the seller relisted the item for more than twice the price I paid".
Reporting the seller will not get you the item, but the seller will get a defect on their account.
