Seller
Seller declined my request to cancel within 5 minutes of purchasing an item. Seller claimed to have shipped the item within 10 minutes of purchase. That's really very rotten! The reason I wanted to cancel was due to my forgetting to use the discount code which I stated.

It's likely the seller is dropshipping, meaning the purchase immediately goes into their fulfillment system. So even though the package wasn't technically shipped, it was impossible to pull it out of the system and cancel.

·10 months agoHaving a seller admit to drop shipping on this site is about as rare as rocking horse apples.

·10 months agoIt's unfortunate you didn't check their feedback before buying, as they seem to sell a lot of junk. When your purchase arrives, inspect it right away. Their accuracy in descriptions over the past 12 months has been quite poor compared to the total number of transactions.
But they might even reach 100% soon with automated feedback, despite having so many dissatisfied customers.
If you need to return a purchase, make sure to follow up here if the seller doesn’t respond, as they may try to delay until the 30-day return period expires.

The seller for which you posted the screen shot has a huge amount of feedback including a lot of neutrals and negatives and I am amazed at how many buyers write long, glowing positive "novels" about how wonderful this seller is. Buyers tend to write long and detailed feedback for neutrals and negatives but for positives, a lot of buyers don't even bother to leave feedback, let alone write such long and detailed positive ones.

·10 months agoYes, but I think the detailed seller ratings tells more. Roughly 50% who left feedback indicate a problem with the item's description.
The star ratings tell the real story.

·10 months agoSo true...
And with 'auto feedbacks'....some buyers don't do feedbacks.
We wonder how many buyers are disgusted with the product purchased but leave no feedbacks...'3282'
We cannot assume all 3282 buyers were happy.

Oh, I know. It was just something I noticed.

·10 months agoSellers are not required to accept cancelling an order, even if the buyer requests. Most will especially if an item has not shipped yet, just to make it easier on both themselves and the buyer. Even if the seller did accept the cancelation, they may also block you from making further purchases.
