Seller
Be careful buying from this seller. And be careful about buying from ebay. It used to be a good shopping site but they don't want to deal with problems any more. I bought from these people and they shipped after their vacation but my brother never got the package. Mail person delivered it somewhere else and these sellers could have opened a claim on a lost package but they didn't want to bother. SO I'm out $60 and they all go on their merry way!

What was the last estimated delivery date, for your package to arrive at your brothers? If it has been less than 30 days since they were to receive it, and you haven't yet filed an Item Not Received (INR) dispute, you need to do that now. If the tracking information has a Delivered scan, the dispute will be closed in favor of the seller, because ebay's automated system is not allowed access to the shipping label information, only the general tracking information, and if there is a delivered scan it closes the dispute. In the message you receive saying that there will be an Appeal button, You have 30 days from losing the dispute, to appeal, but in order to win you have to do some leg work. The info below is what you have do do when this happens with any shipping agency.
You will have to go to your P.O. or a local UPS or FedEx store. You need to bring a copy of your order details page which shows the address you had the package sent to and the tracking number with you. If you bought using a phone or tablet, you can bring that to show the clerk the order details.
You want to ask the clerk to check the label address against the one on the order detail page, and also to check the Package type/size weight info to see if was is appropriate for what you should have received. If the info does not match up, you ask the clerk to write a note on Company stationary saying in general that the shipping label's address was not yours, and if applicable that the package type/size/weight was not right for what you should have received. Do not ask for specific address or package info, they cannot give it out. Have the clerk print their name then sign and date the note.
Once you have the note, you can appeal the dispute ruling, on the appeal page you can write out what happened and what you found out, and add a CLEAR photo or a scan of the note to an Appeal or message. That should be enough for the rep that checks the appeal info, to issue a refund.

·2 years ago@3standardbreds FYI, you aren't supposed to mention filing a claim in feedback. If the seller is aware, they can report the feedback and get it removed.
In the future, check a seller's feedback before buying from them.

File Item not as Described, seller will have to provide a return shipping label within 4 days.
If they don't - go back to the case and ask eBay to step in and they will force the refund.
If they do, send a parcel that matches size and weight with junk in it, and upload the label into the case you opened.

·2 years agoAn item not as described case when the OP states that nothing was received?
And it sounds like you're recommending that the OP file a false claim, so maybe I am misunderstanding.
