sell will not communicate did not ship item and has taken his items off ebay now i have nothing
not happy dishonest sellers sell items and then go off ebay after they get their money and here ebay tells me i have to wait 30 days to get my money back so is ebay for the dishonest people

eBay would only tell you to wait 30 days, before you can file an item not received dispute, if that is how far away the last estimated delivery date is for the item. If you are confusing the wording of the Money Back Guarantee which says you have 30 days to file a dispute to mean you have to wait 30 days, reread the terms again.
You have 30 days from receiving an item or from the last estimated delivery date if tracking was not used to file an Item Not As Described dispute. you have the same amount of time to file an Item Not Received dispute.
On every listing below the payment method icons You will see the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) mentioned, click on the Learn more button next to it and read the terms and time frames of the MBG.

eBay has most likely removed the seller.
You need to vet your sellers that you buy from better.
You will need to wait until 1 day after the last estimated date of delivery to file a Not Received case.
No one has any idea if the seller did send your item or not.
Tracking is not required so the seller may have shipped.
In the future look at where the seller is located and where they say their items ship from.
Look at their FB from other buyers.
Look at the time it states that it will take for the item to ship and deliver.
