Scammers/Fraud on ebay

Question

I purchased an oven from them based on the photographs and the description in the post. The item was new, never used and has a minor dent on the left side. However, the item I received was of a smaller inferior oven that was used, dirty and greasy. I repeatedly ask them to send me the oven that appeared in the photos as they have at least 3 of them according to their online ebay store.. They refuse to send me the proper oven.

I did some digging and saw that in their online store they have exactly the same ovens dirty/greasy/damaged priced the same or higher as the same exact new never used ovens. Weird !!!! This seller might be a scammer, I would avoid buying from them. I received no help from ebay.

Have you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? There's where your "help from eBay" comes from.

If it's been less than 30 days since you received the oven, you need to open an item not as described case, then follow the prompts.

Did you try the MBG?

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
