Scammers selling knock off power tools/batteries
Ebay has a massive problem with sellers selling knock off Dewalt, Milwaukee, Makita items. I Am seller that sells OEM tools, and the amount of people being fooled by scammers and their knock offs is crazy. One posting I just found shows what appears to be a real Dewalt battery with a production date 2026-33 (which is a production date of the 33rd week of 2026 which is the middle of August 2026) problem is today is May 1, 2026. I am leaving this message for anybody that may find this helpful as well as a link to this obvious scam posting.

·5 months agoYes you will find that in many categories there will be counterfeit items or sellers tricking buyers thinking they will get a particular OEM item but really it's just a knock off. Ebay has a moneyback guarantee so if a buyer gets a counterfeit or item not as described they can return it.

·5 months agoHave seen people try to sell that on job sites. They have fake tools with easy to remove logo stickers on them. They pull those off and stick on fake brand names. The tools are much lighter in weight.
Got to buy from real factory dealers.
Could be China is ahead in time travel too?
